This poem struck something in me. Great job. I was actually expecting more devs and writing about the 4th, but nobody I know really said anything. My friend reminded me on the phone halfway through our conversation, and then we had a sort of special dinner, but nothing big. Your writing gave me that feeling that nothing else did today.
